Vehicle was not “ready” for inspection as it was still going through the reconditioning process at the dealership. The vehicle was not allowed to be moved out of the detailing bay nor was it allowed to be placed on a lift or lifted using jacks / stands according to the sales manager Stephen Link due to past issues with inspectors.  The inspection was completed where the vehicle sat on all four wheels to the best of ability. This car is in good mechanical condition and just needs some cosmetic issues resolved. It does show signs of a front left collusion being that the fender was replaced or at least removed as the bolts have chipped paint and there was a bare spot in the fender / apron seem. The cosmetic damages are shown below along with their caption. The full list of photos is near the bottom as well as the video of the vehicle body. A test drive video was not performed because the salesman did not feel comfortable with it.
