Test Drive Technologies was founded in January of 2009 to help used car, truck, boat, RV & even heavy duty commercial vehicle buyers make informed purchasing decisions by having upfront knowledge of a vehicle’s true overall condition beforehand. Test Drive Technologies performed its very first pre-purchase auto inspection on a 2002 Dodge Viper in Collinsville, Illinois for a used car buyer from Dallas, Texas. Many things were found during this inspection including that the whole front clip of the car had been replaced & that the vehicle needed a set of rear brakes & the calipers were locked up. Since then Test Drive Technologies has performed over 800 pre-purchase auto inspections on all types of vehicles from horse & buggies to 40 foot motor homes. Test Drive Technologies is family owned and operated by the husband & wife team, Steve & Amy Paul. Steve grew up in a local auto body shop, he is an ASE Certified Technician of 10 years and has been into cars his entire life.
